Happy Birthday to Me!
A few days early, but I don't know if I'll have internet access on September 1st. I'm 16!! The big year, the year when everything is supposed to happen! And look where I am already - talk about things happening! This is the cameo my mom got for me in Greece over four years ago to give to me on my 16th birthday... immortalized by Mr. Schroeter reading the essay I wrote about it to the English class... I have to reread the essay to see how bad or good it is, but if it's okay, I'll e-mail a copy to anyone who wants to read it (write requests here. No obligation, I assure you).
And now, I return to.... rereading the Harry Potter series before I leave!! I've only just started Book 5, and am not exactly optimistic about finishing the series by tomorrow afternoon; wish me luck on that...
Love, your favorite 16-year-old Italian-to-be,
Holly

YAY! (still "working" on my essay, but it's halfway hammered out and it's fully thought out, so if i really tried i could belt it out in the next half hour...but what's the rush?)
anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO VUUUUU.
though really, i think turning fifteen is a way bigger deal than turning sixteen; i don't care what the dmv says. but rejoice anyway.
of course, i think my sixteen-year-old life has definitely beeen vastly different than the rest of my life before, but really, that's circumstantial.
d'ya want a birthday drawing? eh shiteroony, i'll draw you one regardless. maybe. someday. probably in november.
Happy Birthday, friend of mine <3
Expect a birthday letter forthcomming :)
Hello my dear!
I haven't heard heads nor tails of you in days. I hope that you are well and that Italy agrees with you! Everyone wants to know how you are!
Guess what I'm wearing? That's right my nurse's uniform. Today's convocation (which I insist on pronounces con-wocation) was in the gym again *pout* But we got to do the Junior cheer!! It was wonderful! Everyone said it was the loudest they ever heard it done!
How I miss you let me count the ways!
Love always
Ani
arrr, i just finished math homework. so i'm going to drop you a math bomb. TAKE COVER!!
i think the function of the amount of times that i check your blog vs. the amount of updates you've done in the last couple of days is exponenenenenenenential. because i keep on checking more, and you keep on updating less! but it really only seems like that because i check like, two-three times a day. NOT HEALTHY. but true.
so no real pressure. everyone at school misses you, though! i've been asked for your email address a number of times.
i have mr. zhou for math. METHURD! he's awesome.
